West Yukon Animal Hospital COVID-19 Update: New Protocols
In response to recent COVID-19 concerns, we are writing to assure our clients that we are taking recommended precautions. We have increased our already stringent cleaning protocols and are practicing social distancing. At this time, we are offering curbside or drop off appointments only. We ask that you stay in your car and call the clinic upon arrival. A staff member will retrieve your pet(s) from your car for services and go over any paperwork that may be needed. The doctor will call you with any recommended treatments. We will accept payment over the phone and bring an invoice to you when you come to pick up your pet(s). Please call ahead for food or medication refills. We will have this ready for you and accept payment over the phone. When you arrive, please call and we will bring your product(s) and invoice out to your car. WE APPRECIATE OUR CLIENTS AND YOUR COOPERATION DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME!
